I thought the vehicle I purchased had anti lock braking system since my auto dealer told me so. I said that my car has an ABS System when I applied for my car insurance online, and after that, I discovered that my vehicle does not have ABS. I would like to inform my insurance in Fullerton, California because I don’t want to have problems in case an accident happens. But I’m afraid they will cancel my insurance if I tell them the truth?

I advise you to just let them know that your car doesn’t have ABS and they’ll update the policy. If you chose not to tell them and later on you need to file a claim, they could (but I doubt they would) deny the claim.

I suggest that you call them now and let them know that you have new information about your car. Insurance carriers will be able to know if the vehicle has the ABS by the VIN number but for your own peace of mind, call them, so they will find out anyway even if you don’t tell them.
If you don’t tell them that you made an error about the information you gave in the application form, you’re committing or attempting to commit insurance fraud which have the following consequences:

(1) your car insurance claim will be denied,

(2) your insurance auto insurance policy may be terminated ,

(3) you may pay higher auto insurance rate premiums in the future,

(4) you may be have a hard time finding insurance in the future and

(5) the violation is punishable, by a maximum of 10 years’ jail time for cases and an amount over $5,000

Your insurance company in Fullerton California will not cancel your policy. However, there could be a problem if they find out you the information but never told them so call up the insurer and tell them you made a mistake.
