I was driving around Virginia and was cited for over speeding. I was going on 80 in a 65. I came from Dutch Fork, South Carolina. Will this be reported to my home state? If yes, will this affect my car insurance rate to go up?

This means Virginia, where the traffic violation happened will report to your home state in South Carolina your violation.
